Howard is great because he works on the part of our code base that nobody else wants to touch. Namely, he is our Java developer. I was introduced to Howard through my friend Jim, who I also convinced to work here a year or so ago. Howard used to work for a text messaging company, which I can only imagine is as fun as it sounds. Having him on board effectively doubles the number of Asians at Indaba, which is helpful when we’re divvying up kickball teams by race. Howard also has the most amazing t-shirt collection ever.
